Back day just got an upgrade at Fosse Fitness 365. We’ve added a new plate-loaded pulldown and high row machine to the gym floor — a proper piece of commercial-grade kit designed to build a wider, thicker back with less strain on your joints and better control through every rep.

What It Does

This isn’t just a lat pulldown. It’s two machines in one. Switch the setup and you move from a front pulldown — great for developing back width — into a high row, which shifts the focus onto upper back thickness and rear delts. One machine, two of the most effective back-building movements you can do.

Why You’ll Notice the Difference

Independent arms. Each side moves on its own, so one arm can’t bail out the other. That means better balance, better control, and no more favouring your stronger side without realising it.

Multiple grip options. The angled handles let you choose a pronated, neutral, or supinated grip, so you can target your lats and upper back from different angles depending on what you’re working on that session.

Adjustable seat and chest support. Set the seat height to get a full stretch at the top of every rep, and the padded chest support keeps your torso locked in place so the effort goes into your back — not your lower back compensating.

Fast plate loading. Built-in storage horns mean your plates live right on the machine. Load up, get on with your set, no wandering off to find weight.

Built for Regular Use

This machine is designed for commercial gym floors that see a lot of traffic — it’s built to handle daily use without the wobble or wear you get from cheaper kit, so it should be a fixture on the floor for years to come.

Give It a Go

The new pulldown/high row is in the gym now. If you’re not sure how to set it up or which grip suits your goals, ask any of the team on the floor — and once our equipment QR codes are up, you’ll be able to scan the code on the machine itself for a full how-to video any time.

See you on the floor.
