Sat & Sun: 8am – 4pm

Off Peak membership allows full access to the Health Club between 8am and 4pm Monday – Friday and anytime at weekends.

Silver 70+ Membership is for those sixty five years of age or over who wish to enjoy the benefits of the Health Club, with unlimited access at anytime during opening hours.
