I started my fitness journey eight years ago. I wanted to improve my muscle mass and confidence by getting into weight lifting at the gym. At the time I was a complete novice with minimum muscle mass and knowledge on how to improve my fitness and aesthetic. Through hard work, determination and consistency, I have transformed my physique into something I am proud of.
