I started my fitness journey about 5 years ago at first I wanted to become a physiotherapist, I left school to attended Brooksby College which has state of the art specialist facilities , i did a level 3 BTEC qualification staying on to do a BSC honours degree in sports science specialising in performance analysis.
My focus changed during this time as I had to do extensive rehabilitation due to knee surgery it was during my recovery I decided I wanted to be a personal trainer so I started studying for my personal training qualifications to give my clients the best experience I can. I want to help people reach their goals and exceed their expectations.
I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. Fitness affects many aspects of your life, and I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.

For me, a healthy lifestyle is much more than just lifting weights. It’s about stretching, warming up, eating healthily, and getting necessary rest and enough sleep. I love helping others see and experience what their bodies are capable of with just enough hard work. I make it a goal to help you achieve a happy and well-balanced lifestyle that will minimise the risk of future health-related issues.
