Open 365 days a year
We don’t close on bank holidays, and we’re open early – from 6am Monday to Friday – right through to late evening, seven days a week.
Sunbeds on site
No membership or booking needed – just walk in. It’s not something most gyms in the area offer, and it’s available whether or not you train that day.
A proper on-site shop
Our supplement shop stocks recognised sports nutrition brands, and we sell our own branded apparel too – t-shirts, vests, hoodies and fleeces – so you’re not relying on a separate online order.
Extras most gyms don’t have
A dedicated boxing room, a stretch zone, body composition scales that measure BMI, height, fat mass and muscle mass, and on-site independent businesses including a hair salon and sports massage therapist – all under one roof.
