Searching for a gym in Syston? Here’s what actually matters before you commit to a membership – and how Fosse Fitness 365 stacks up on each one.
Location and hours
A gym you’ll actually use is one that’s easy to get to and open when you need it. Fosse Fitness 365 is based at Fosse House, Fosse Way, Syston, with free parking on site, and is open 365 days a year – Monday to Thursday 6am to 9:45pm, Friday 6am to 8:30pm, Saturday 7am to 7pm, and Sunday 8am to 4pm.
Contracts and commitment
Membership tie-ins put a lot of people off joining a gym at all. Fosse Fitness 365 doesn’t require a contract – the direct debit option can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice, and there’s a day pass if you’d rather try it out first with no commitment whatsoever.
Equipment and space
It’s worth checking a gym actually has enough of what you need, not just a headline number of machines. Fosse Fitness 365 has a dedicated cardio room, over 50 resistance stations, and more than 3.5 tonnes of free weights, plus a boxing room and a stretch zone for warming up and cooling down properly.
What else is on site
A gym that covers more than just the workout saves you running around town separately. Alongside the training floor, Fosse Fitness 365 has an on-site supplement shop, sunbeds, personal trainers, and a small selection of independent businesses including a hair salon and sports massage therapist.
If that sounds like what you’re after, take a look at our membership options or get in touch to arrange a tour.
